Donate to RiverWood Council

RiverWood Council conserves land and develops hiking trails by working as an intermediary between current landowners and potential new owners or custodians, including the State of Michigan, local municipalities, and major land conservancies – wherever interests converge or opportunities exist.

To minimize overhead and maintain our uniquely agile approach, we collaborate closely with like-minded 501(c)(3) organizations who, in turn, create distinct accounts to track and disburse funds for our projects, as well as ensure that donations are tax-deductible.

Donations to support our survey work, offset legal expenses for projects, and fund land acquisition are currently being accepted through The Outdoor Discovery Center (ODC Network) – the well-regarded, local nonprofit who many know as the developers of the Kalamazoo River Greenway plan.

We deeply appreciate any support you are able to provide.
